About the Speaker
Sir Nick Clegg has had an extraordinary career at the intersection of politics and technology. Currently serving as President, Global Affairs at Meta, he joined the company (then called Facebook) in 2018 after almost two decades in British and European public life. Before his work at Meta, Nick Clegg served as the Deputy Prime Minister in the UK’s first coalition government since the war. He is also a best-selling author, having written Politics: Between the Extremes and How to Stop Brexit (And Make Britain Great Again).
